I751 questions
I filed my I75 June 30 2003, and have not heard back anything. I
checked the website and see they are processing information from January
03...do I need to re file since I am almost expired? Will it cost me
anything, which form do I use?
i am going through Lincoln out of MN
Also, I am planning on leaving the USA in June. What do I do in terms
of having valid documentation, Is the Notice of Action enough?
thanks

You don't need to refile, and you could still file N400 if you wanted
to. If you need to leave the US, get an I-551 passport stamp from the
USCIS office serving your area.

If I don't hear anything back from them by the end of June I will have
nothing to prove I am in the country legally, won't this be a problem.
All of my immigration documentation will be expired...
