Johnson is not a spammer but a regular member of the NG. Apparently, he like so many others, are looking for reasons by an application might be denied rather than expressing his concerning regarding his own.

Payment missing, payment incorrect, payment bounced, incomplete application, missing
signature(s), application mailed prior to eligibility, lack of supporting evidence,
false statements, fraudulent documents submitted, mailed to incorrect address, etc...
