Default I751

Hey all filing i751 soon and was wondering if they were still processing these cases and providing 18 month extension letters as I read many USCIS offices are closed due to covid. Or are they still processing these cases as condition residents need to obtain the proof of extension.

I also have a question about height!Since my last biometrics for adjustment of status. I had an annual medical at my GP and had my height measured and was 6'0 ..(6'0.007) instead of 5'11 ...I'm literally just 6'0. ..this won't cause any issues for removal of conditions as my driving license has 5'11 which I will submit a copy of when submitting RoC (to show both me and my wife DL are at same address)

The 5'11 height was used at my last biometrics appointment a few years ago too. A good few years ago when I had my height checked I was told 5'11, from my recent GP medical about a year ago I am 182.9cm which is 6'0 but 182.8cm is 5'11 so I am very close to both heights. Should I continue with 5'11 or 6'0 from annual wellness GP medical whilst residing in the US?

I know it's an inch difference and won't be an issue either way just curious what you think I should do?

They're still processing I-751 and still sending out the 18 month letter.

Put your height down as what it is. Don't lie. Peoples heights do change.

Do you know how long from them receiving the RoC package it takes to receive the 18 month letter?

Of course!, my GP medical was 2 years ago and said 6'0 but it was this by 0.1cm, when measuring at home I can't get the same 6'0 reading. It is a one inch difference that I'm fretting about

That's not too bad, hopefully I get it within a month of them receiving it. I am going to get my weight and height checked today from the doctor to get a current accurate reading for both ... hopefully I lost a few pounds since my last visit

I have one last question its about part 2, question 22. The question asks "Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident".

I'm correct in saying that refers to the Resident since date on the conditonal green card?
