I134 for K3 in Vancouver... questions re. cosponsor
Hi there,
Just had a few questions re. the co sponsor on a k3 affidavit.
1. My mother is my co sponsor ( as she is a USC and my father is not) and I was wondering if my dad had to sign the co sponsor form (I 134) as well.
2. Also, if my mother's salary is well past the 125% of federal min wage needed, does she need to list all stocks, bonds, property etc?

NO. She Only has to list the minimum requirements. Three years tax returns
or 5X assets. Dad does not "have to sign"
