I130 timeline at TSC
Hi everybody I apologize if this is not quite the appropriate newsgroup for
my posting.
I sent I130 for parents at TSC. Received 1st NOA on Feb4 2002. Still waiting for
second NOA. When I called, the immigration officer said it will take at least
another 6 months for approval. Is this normal? I am a USC and I petitioned for my
parents (living overseas) to bring them here. Any asnwers would be greatly
appreciated thanks Corina
