Default I130 approved for my parents

Hi all

I am new here and you guys seem so helpful so maybe someone can help me.

My grandparents, who are citizens in the US, applied to have my mother, their
married daughter, migrate to the US.
My mom received an NOA with reference EACXXXXX. I checked the status online
using this and it says that her case was approved and notice was sent in
August 2005. She's received this notice but nothing else so far.
I realise that a long time has passed and in reading other related posts on
this site it seems that something is wrong.
Can anyone offer some suggestions?

Thanks

There is probably a wait for a visa number to become available for your mother.
The petitions here do not have to wait, if they are for the spouse of a US citizen. Visa numbers are available immediately for them.
