I129-F K1 TSC Processing Time?
Can someone tell me how long it takes for a simple I129-F to be processed at
the Texas Service Center after an officer already starts on it?
This is for a K-1 visa, no children involved. I am petitioning for a fiancee
from MX.
Also wondering why is there a history of so much incompetence from these
centers? Applications do not get processed until the applicant finally has to
bother people at the congressman's office about it. Also the centers seem
nortorious for losing or misplacing a sponor's forms. We pay all of the
expensive processing fees they request, wait our appropiate time, but that does
not seem to be good enough.

I do not know what you mean by that Hal. I wish I knew the details of how they
process the forms. The biographs must be checked and verified I would think.
Heck I had to send in 4 copies of each, one set of me and other of my fiancee.
I read one time that some of the copies are sent off to another location for
processing. But actually I would like the know the normal turn around time it
takes before the sponsor receives the approval notice once the officer starts
the work.
