Hello.

I'm German my husband is American and in the Army...we are supposed to
move to the US in a couple weeks...and I still need a Visa and a
Government Passport.

Can somebody tell me were to get this things and what kind of
paperwork I need to get them.

You can't get the visa in a couple weeks. You need an immigrant visa packet. They can take 2 to 3 months or longer to obtain. He files an I-130 petition on your behalf.
