I have a date for my citizenship Interview!!

Got a notice in the mail today from Nebraska to say that my interview date is January 30, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. Guess I better start studying for that test!! I have updated my naturalization link accordingly. Will keep everyone updated on the latest.

Congrats Ranjini!

As you know we are STILL waiting on Steve's fingerprint appointment letter
from Cleveland.....which seems to be the slowest local INS office when it
comes to N-400!!!!! (getting really annoyed now as people who filed after
Steve have gotten their prints taken already!)

I can understand how annoyed you must be, Lisa. As I recall, we were very much in the same situation, when Steve got his 10-year card within two months (I think) and I had to wait 7 whole months!! All kinds of possibilities, of what could go wrong, naturally run through one's mind. But hang in there!! I'm sure you two, like us, can't wait to be free of the INS, once and for all. Tell me about it!!!
