It's easy but long, long, long. You have to file an I-130 for your spouse.
Unfortunately she has to wait for a visa number to become available which,
for spouses of permanent residents, is currently five years. Until then she
will be unable to get the immigrant visa.

You should apply for US citizenship as soon as you are able. Once you become
a US citizen you can convert the I-130 petition into an immediate relative
type and then she would be eligible for a visa "immediately".
