I-94W possible trouble
Hi, i intend to go to the US for around 80 days, and i meet all the requirements, except with the ties to the UK. Im only 19, so still live at home, and have left my job with the intention of having an extended holiday and getting a different job when i get back, i have plenty of money to support myself etc, and of course a return ticket, but will i likely be turned back because of having no real links to my home country?
all help appreciated

I came for 10 weeks when i was 19 but did have a job to go back to.
Then the last time i visited i stayed again for 10 weeks ,with a job back home.
They never asked, just who i was visiting and why..
You have a home with parents, bank account etc.
Good luck and safe trip.

Impossible to say how likely it is, but it's certainly possible. I'd
recommend being very definite about when you plan to leave the USA,
and don't say anything which might suggest you'd like to stay in the
USA. Try to find some reason why you need to be back in the UK at the
time you intend to leave the USA - perhaps jobs will become more
available at that time in the field where you plan to work? Don't
lie, but you're probably best giving simple minimal answers to any
questions.
