i-864A required for i-485/i-130 ?
Hi
My wife is citizen, and we r filing i-485 and i-130. She has 60,000$
per year job, while i earn much more than that.
For a household of 2, the 2006 poverty line is 16,500 $ per year (125%
actually, for california, and 48 states). Do i have to file i-864A?
would it serve any purpose?
