Default I-864: questions

Hi all! I've got the following questions on I-864:

1. do you need to state sponsor's gross or net salary?
2. where can I find Poverty Guidelines chart for 2004? UCIS website provides
only 2003 guidelines.
3. can an immigration lawyer sign the form as a public notary?
4. if the sponsor is not going to file the tax return for 2004 before the
Tax Day (he got an extension so he can file later), what kind of explanation
is needed and which year then has to be mentioned in Part 4C under "Indicate
the most recent tax year"?

Thanks in advance for all replies!
