What should I put on I-864 form as most recent tax year - 1999 or 2000? This form will be
presented in the couple of days and although I just received my W-2 for 2000 it hasn' been
filed yet.
Thank you for an advice.

1999. My opinion is that it's best to wait until you've actually had your 2000 return
processed (though depending on your filing method you might not know this if you aren't
due a refund)

I just realized this might be a little vague. What I meant to say was don't bother about
using your 2000 tax return for immigration purposes until you've had it processed. I
didn't mean to imply that you should wait to file the I-864 until this has happened.
Hopefully nobody was confused.
