I-864, minimum income requirement for all 3 previous tax years?

I-864, minimum income requirement for all 3 previous tax years?

Hi,

While I meet the income requirements for this previous tax year, and
two years before that, during the '02 tax year I was unemployed. I do
not have any offsetting assests to speak of.

I know that I have to provide tax info for the past 3 tax years, does
this mean that they will reject my AOS without a joint filer?

I wouldnt worry. Yes they do want to see the last 3 years tax returns and current income however, from our experience only 6 months ago, the MOST emphasis will be placed on LAST years tax return, and your current income for 2004. I can assure you that you dont have to worry to much about the 2001, 2002 returns. I wouldnt worry about it, but if it makes you feel better you could have a co-sponsor ready just in case.
