I've asked this question couple of days ago but did not get an answer, so I
am asking it again. Appreciate it much if someone can clarify my question.

With regards to this Financial Affadavit, my wife called the US embassy in
London, and was told that they require I-134 not I-864. The State Department
website mentions I-864. Can some one here has any comments?

My understanding, I could be wrong, is that I-134 is to go with K3 visa
(I-129F) application, but I-864 is for original I-130 processing.
