Hi,
I'm a German who's married to an American.
I'm currently in Germany waiting to be allowe to return to my wife after
7 months separation already![Sad](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif)
I-130 has been filed.
I-129 has been filed and approved.
Can I file the I-765 for the work permit from here, Germany, to
accelerate its approval?
Anyone else from Germany has similar stories, I'd like to hear more
info, e.g., on strictness of vaccination requirements, time frame once
the I-129 has been approved, etc.
Thanks,
Christian

Yep, why not. That should be possible but you must have all the
appropriate info. (US address...). I think you have to provide either
a A# or I-94, if you don't have an A#, you'll have to wait until
you'll be in the US.
