Default i-751 wrong form? green card exp feb 2007 help please

Okay here is my problem... I hope my idea is right. I sent our file out
for removal of conditions in november... her green card exp. is feb 2
2007 now i look online and see that the fee is now 275 dollars and I
may have filed the wrong form. it is of course christmas now.. will I
get a letter back saying i filled wrong? and if i do can i correct it
like it says or refile. I seen that they cashed my check already
through my bank.. but If i refile in the middle of january... and her
card exp in feb will that be enough time? I know it says with 90 days
but how close are you allowed to be. I would send another one out but
dont know how that would affect it.. or if its an older form with they
just deny it or will they send for the rest of what they need? please
help soon!!!

Don't worry. If you are removing conditions on a 2-year GC, the I-751 form is the correct one. Since they cashed the check it seems you also sent the correct fee. If they need anything else from you, they'll let you know. Just hang in there.

Best Wishes,
Rene
