Sep. 07 filed for Waiver before one week of conditional resident card expiration date.

Looking at your timeline it seems that your eligible for citizenship in the near future. You are free to apply.

Is there anything in your waiver that is out of the ordinary? Your timeline is out of the ordinary.

Give them 90 days time, and then maybe request your lawyer to make an inquiry. By that time you will be ready for citizenship filing.
