No need to freak out. You're still legal and 751's aren't the highest priority for USCIS at present. Try InfoPass if the stress is getting to you....

I agree, try INFOPASS just to check out and if you need a new stamp.

Even for non waivers has taken that long as well.

Who knows what's "normal" these days? In the meantime, go ahead and file for naturalization if/when you're eligible.

Ok Thank you guys, I got stamp in my passport about 4 months ago and its valid till Feb 14th 09 so i guess i am ok with that. But I don't understand i have a friend who filed same time as me, also transfered to CSC I-751 waiver. Got interview on May 30th, But I have never heard from him since then. Maybe he got deported? Cause I remember he was telling me that he is attending the interview without an attorney. Just curious. Thanks for your answers.

You don't need an attorney for an interview

Its up to you, but its the truth they are looking for not a lawyer.
If you feel better with one then by all means hire one, but I know and have read of many folk over the years that have gone alone as did I...its weird but I kinda feel if you go alone it shows you are confident and have nothing to hide by taking the lawyer its like I need back up, not I am not saying I am right, just my opinion.

What ever you chose to do I am sure you will be fine

Thank you :-) I dont have anything to hide, but I feel better if he is going to be there, in case I might not understand a question or something you know. Thanks again.

Consider making an InfoPass appointment to your District Office and requesting a new I-551 stamp so that you have current evidence of your PR status after the letter expires.
Some offices have a long lead time for appointments; book at uscis.gov

What documents are required to get the I-551 stamp? I have lost my Conditional GC, but have filed I-751 and received the letter that the card is valid for another year.
