I-751 WAIVER INTERVIEW TODAY APPROVED!!! :-))
YAY!!!! Hello Guys.
Finally the stress is over. I got my interview for my I-751 waiver today and was approved. Got in at 8:30 am with my attorney. As we are waiting in the waiting room, police car pulls up into the USCIS parking lot and brought someone who was screaming etc... That was scary. Anyway, called in by male officer. He said second door on the right sir. So before we sat down he swore me in. Then, he look at my lawyer and say , Richard is that you??? They are like oh hey man whats up long time no see and they chat like for 10-15 min, I am just sitting there listening to them lol, I am like I might as well go home lol. So then he ask Mr... I see your marriage was terminated by divorce, blah blah, where did u meet your ex wife , when filed for divorce, may I see just few pics I said oh yes sure. He said I see you have a lot of evidence so I won't ask you to show me anything. I see everything is ok, and I believe your marriage was not for immigration purposes , so I am APPROVING your application. You need to just go do your fingerprints and your green card should arrive 2-4 weeks. That was it.. I am glad its over, now I can finally sleep, eat, and not to stress. Oh he said at the end see you soon, I am like what? He started to laugh, well you know you can apply for USC soon. I was like wheww. OK thanks bye. LOL out the door hugging my attorney outside and thanked him a lot. Thank you also everybody on here, especially Rene, Rete, Ian, Folinsky, maeuxana, and last with not least my PoppyGirl

I know this will be a huge relief for you, and I expect to see you for N-400 soon also.
But if you post back here once asking if this will affect your naturalization, I will personally be over there to have Poppy hold you down while I give you 40 lashes with a wet noodle.
