Yes, there are lots of people who have had this experience. Do a search for posts by "milan", he is one person who posts here who has this ongoing.

Also do a search for posts by "Poppygirl", she also successfully did an I-751 with a waiver.

Processing times on an I-751 with a waiver will vary GREATLY, so there is no standard processing time for that. It's all on a case-specific basis.

Well, it's not just one post. There are many threads by those two posters.

Go to the top of this forum, find where it says "Search". Go to Advanced Search. Go to where it says "Find posts started by" and type in "Poppygirl". Choose the Marriage Based Visa forum to search in, and go from there. It should bring up all the posts started by Poppygirl.

OK, here is one post by Milan79. If you open this, then click on Milan's name, you will see where it says "find all posts by Milan79". You can then see all the posts he's done, most of them are regarding his I-751 with waiver case.

http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t=518115

Hope that helps.

I think taxes are an important piece of evidence, and I would include them, if I were you.

Concentrate less on pictures, and more on pieces of paper that show your joint life together. Taxes are important. Rent/mortgage statements, bills, credit cards, bank statements, that kind of thing.

I'm sure they have it somewhere in your file. But if you file a new I-751 after your divorce is final, you will need to re-send all that stuff with the new I-751.

Good Luck, just remember to look them in the eye if you have an interview and tell them exactly as it is or rather was lol..
