October 9, 2007 I recieved NOA (I-751)from VSC Extending my Status for one year But it says that i cant check the status until i get a letter from ASC for biometrics...Letter date: OCtober 4, 2007

Can anybody guess when i will be getting my Biometrics appointment. I thought i should have by now.??? any input will be highly appreciated.

I went through the VSC. They sent me my biometrics appt letter in the same envelope as the NOA (I-751). Took about 2 weeks upon the cheque being cashed.

I believe it is too early yet for the bio appointment letter. Lucky for Hobbes he got his in the same envelope but VSC doesn't normally do that. I would expect that you will have the letter by the end of November.
There is no rush for the biometrics. It doesn't indicate that your case is being processed only that you preliminary work is over and it is now lying in someone's to-do box.

After tracking some other fellows from VSC, I am expecting my biometrics letter THIS WEEK. I called 1-800 Number and they have no Idea? except to wait for 30 days....

October 29, 2007 made info Pass to distric office ( havent recieved biometric notice yet and 1-800 people dont know).
They have my Biometrics notice ready for November 26, 2007.
i requested that if possible to get biometrics done today...first NO and then she said YES....

I think you're far too anxious. My I-751 was in VSC beginning-September 2006 (yes I know a year ago) and it was processed in May 2007, so around 8 months. Now with the recent influx of apps in July that still isn't cleared I would predict that it would be just as long. But if they've taken on more workers....
