I-751 VSC Processing

Re: I-751 VSC Processing
Thanks Rene,
Card has already expired. My card has typo on it saying it expires April 2015 (I wish) but in the system it expired April 2007.
I just have to keep fingers crossed that I hear something soon. I see the person who started this message had there check cashed after 5 weeks. I am feeling hopeful.
I have copies of both applications and proof of delivery.
Thanks once again for your help.
Sue

Re: I-751 VSC Processing
Thanks for the update.
You see? I was also worried about the same matter, but I guess I better wait.
We sent our package on 04/26/2007 to VSC
Package was delievered on 04/27/2007
Week later I received green return post card saying our package was delievered and signed by XXXXXX.
But as of today, our check has not been cleared yet.
I know it's about 16 days and based on your experience, we should wait for more 15 days.
If you're still around, can you please update for your NOA letter and finger print letter dates?

I am sorry to hear about everyone else who is having problems, speciallu Suess who has to send in another pack. Mine took forever so I wouldn't get to worried until it passes at least the same number of days.
I really hope Suess yours is ok this time, but if you only sent it 5 days I wouldn't expect to see it cashed for another 30 days.......

Gooner81,
So I reckon a Tottenham supporter didn't put it in a rubbish bin after
all. They will get you for dodgy lasagna one of these days
Suess,
Sometimes out-of-state ckeck takes forever to clear. Always a good idea
to use a money order for immigration matter.

Well if Tottenham stopped using the Arsenal caterers there wouldn't have been a problem, they did offer a special discount on the seasons food for a reason =)

Gooner81,
But then, prem would have found an excuse to deduct points from
Tottenham and made Arsenal 4th. We know how "independent" arbitrater
works. Just ask West Ham fans
Suess,

Re: I-751 VSC Processing
Today I received a letter from Vermont with a remittance advice (with a return envelope) asking for $305..................$275 for the fee and $30 for a returned check fee!!! And of course another applicant ID number. I will have to compose some sort of letter at the weekend.
I also received another letter to have my biometrics taken in Philadelphia on 5/31/2007. Things are moving on now. Very happy about this appointment.
And thank you Templar. By the way I grew up in Essex/London and use to go and watch the Arsenal. Come on you Gunners.
Best wishes

Hang in there. I know it's really frustrating waiting.
For some reason my first packet seemed to get buried in Vermont. My second packet took 4 weeks before the cheque was cashed. Hopefully you will be OK and hear something soon.
Take care

I agree with you about waiting but only thing makes me nervous is what if my documents are also get buried in Vermont and I do not know about it?
As long as my check get cashed, I know my stuffs are in line for further steps at VSC.
Ohh well......

Yes, on the 15th of this month. Hang in there, it will happen.
