Hello all TSC I-751 applicants,
I am interested to know if anybody has been approved for removal of
conditions since Sep. 2002? I know the BSIC Texas processing time has
the end of October 2002 as the cut off date. Please share your dates:
1) Your sent date of I-751,
2) 1-st NOA
3) Date of approval OR Date of Interview?
Thank you very much in advance.
Erli

I just got through to BCIS, and they can't find any status on my
I-751....argh....but I'm not going to worry at this point. She told me
I would receive a status update in the mail within the next 2-4 weeks.
I am hoping all our info hasn't been lost, but as I said I'm not
going to worry until I am given something to worry about....lol

I received my I-751 approval letter from TSC today, it was approved
the same day I phoned last week....coincidence? I'm relieved to
almost have this all finished with.
It says I am to appear at the Service center with my passport and 3
recent photos of the same type as on my present alien card. Does
anyone know where I can get these done in the Dallas area? Do I have
to have a photographer take them, or do they know how to do this at
Walgreens or Office Depot?
Also are Fridays a good day to go to the service center in Dallas?
When you get there do you just wait in line.
Thanks for any help!

Is anybody approved for removal of conditions (I-751) at TSC LATELY?
Is TSC at a stopping point now? Are all September/October applicants
gotten their removal of conditions approved? Since what month is the
majority of people waiting for removal approval?

Hi Erlie
I posted this info in particular on Monday night. I sent my I751 to TSC at the end of Jan/2003. Got my receipt and notice that I should contact them in 6 months if I don't hear anything. My girlfriend who is from the UK, sent hers in to TSC at the end of February 2003 and on Monday got a letter to appear in Memphis with all the lovely paperwork (divorce decrees, pictures, proof of marriage, etc) although they have all of that, but I guess she was chosen for another interview.
I, at this point haven't received anything. Yesterday I called BCIS and was told by a lovely woman when I asked why she received her notice and applied after myself, that this happens and that they are currently working on 9 months. She told me to call back after 9 months. DUH!!!! That brings us to Oct of last year that they are supposedly working on. Funny that someone can apply in Feb and get her reply already and those of us who applied beforehand are still waiting. Why? Who knows! Anyway, best of luck and keep watching your mail.
If I get a letter, I'll let everyone know.
Best to all
