I-751 timeline for Nebraska - no interview
Hello,
Filing date: September 21, 2004
NOA Date: September 27, 2004
Decision Date: 7/25/2005
Now I need to make an infopass appointment, and get my 10y GC....
The processing date on the USCIS website still mentions August 27th for
I751's in Nebraska, but obviously this one was faster, they are
catching up!
I included a lot of evidence (42 pages - 23 separate items)
Now, the next step is filing for Citizenship in a week or so...
Kind regards,
Maurice

Congratulations!
I am filing mine in a week time. If it's not too much work, can you post what documents did you send with your application, or if possible direct me to another thread/website?
Thanks!

Thanks for that! My NOA dated was late May, so I guess it will be about a year or so from then. I am curious as to what you sent as well. I guess I didn’t take this bit as seriously as the K-1 process two and a half years ago, as I only included Title and Deed to our house with both of our names, joint account bank statements, utility statements and a couple of pictures of us. Hope this doesn’t delay us!
Thanks again for the timeline – it is good to know Nebraska has not completely stopped. Now let’s just hope we don’t have trouble getting back home after our trip to Canada in September! Greg insists we visit at least 2 counties each year (I’m not complaining, I love traveling as well!). And we will not let this process stop that. Fun stuff. Good luck with your fingerprinting and citizenship application.

Re: I-751 timeline for Nebraska - no interview
I'd say, if you haven't inquired yet on the status, start with an
infopass appointment to your local USCIS office... Something is not
right.
They show processing dates of august 27th, 2004 on this page:
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/js...enter=Nebraska
Good luck!

Re: I-751 timeline for Nebraska - no interview
Goodness, you really went for it! Well, I suppose if they need more evidence, they can always ask. This part just doesn't seem as traumatic to me, as we are waiting together, as opposed to not having a clue when we would see each other again (for the K-1) or when Greg would be able to work (the AOS and EAD). Now it seems like cake. As long as they don't take away his right to work or make him leave my side, I'm cool with the wait.
