Re: I-751 RFE
Interview is coming up next week, and I’m terrified.
Has anyone been in this situation that can provide a little reassurance?
We don’t have a child together as a previous poster mentioned (step dad), but I have found as much information as possible to show intermingling.
If the conditions were only for two years, I would hope that being married for just under four years would be sufficient on its own.
Anyone? ☹️

My apologies. That was me that thought you had a child together. You should be fine. Bring whatever evidence you have that you shared a life together. Didn't you build a new home? Assume she and her child are still living in it or has it been sold? Were both your names on the deed or the mortgage? Did you share a bank account? Beneficiary to life or health insurance?
Many of our members have gone through the same and have come out on top. You will do the same.

I have all of the above, minus life insurance together. We sold the house at the time of divorce.
Here’s hoping.

Congratulations on the approval of your Conditions.
When you have a moment could you please write up what the interview process was like for you? I.E., type of questions, attitude of the examiner, etc.
Thanks!
