question: i am getting ready to file i-751: petition to remove conditional
permanent resident status and i am not sure if i need to send new passport
photos with it or if they have my photo on file.

The form I-751 comes with an instruction. Please, read it carefully to make
sure you have the required things you need to submit.

No. The application to remove conditions requires the submission of evidence. Once approved you will receive instructions which will direct you to secure the photographs etc.

Are you male, btw? It's been my experience that the men I knew didn't like to wade through the instructions. Threw away 3 computers and a lawnmower as a result
