I-751 Processing time.
Just got my NOA from CSC for my I-751 with a notice date of 6-30-2005
According to the USCIS processing times page CSC is processing I-751's with a receipt date of 6-8-2005 (as of 7-7-2005) but the NOA itself says :- "Processing your form will require a minimum of 330 days. If you have not heard from us within 11 months you may contact this office." Guess I'll just have to sit and wait. Denis |

First of all, the times on the I-797 notices are to be given the credence given to any other piece of fiction. Second, the processing time frames on line are of little predictive value due to the nature of I-751 adjudication. Service Center processing has one of two results -- approval or referral to district. Other than for prima facie ineligibility, SC's do not deny I-751's [examples, filing joint petiton a year early will get a denial]. Once it gets to district, time lines are useless. |

I missed something out, somebody else had just posted that their NOA said 220 days and 8 months even though the processing dates for their service center were way behind CSC's. I guess my point (or question) was "does it really mean a MINIMUM of 330 days to process?" and you answered that question any way :-) Thanks Denis > First of all, the times on the I-797 notices are to be given the > credence given to any other piece of fiction. > > Second, the processing time frames on line are of little predictive > value due to the nature of I-751 adjudication.
