I-751 problems
I am about to file my I-751 but my spouse (US citizen) is now
incarcerated. We are still married etc but I cannot fulfil the
requirement of both of us attending an interview (if they do decide to
give us a date) nor do I have any papers showing us residing together.
We do have a child born to our marriage and joint bank accounts etc.
Can you suggest anything that will help my application? Thanks for
your help.

Make sure he signs the application and then submit it. If he is incarcerated if and when you are interviewed -- you have an explanation. You deal with it when you get to it. Look at it this way, what if he was in the military and deployed overseas? BCIS can deal with this -- really.
