Hello,
Just wondering if anyone ever use PO BOX as your mailing address while
waiting for interview. I called my "Unknowledge" lawyer, he told me
"NO", I can't. But I also called the national 1800 info #, they told
me, "Yes". I am confuse.
My job require me to move a lot. So I am just afraid that the letter
will get lost somewhere. I have saw many cases online which they missed
their interview due to unreceive notice.
I know they will send my lawyer a copy but my lawyer is not great,
sometime he doesn't even return my call. At this point, I want to do
this myself and wait for interview. But just want to prepare when I move
again.
I did these everytime I move.
1. AR11
2. Call 1800#
3.Send a certified letter to local INS office with new address.
4.Forward letter to new adress with local post office.
Anyone agree that using a PO box is good idea?? also attach with a
physical address....
Thank you for your advice.
