I-751 No response from automated System

I-751 No response from automated System
This morning I did dial the Nebraska automated system and input our 13 digit recipt
number and got the reply that they have no record our I-751 application. We have a
first notice of action dated 7/23/02, so I know that they have recieved our
package, so whats the deal, anybody have an answer for me? Seems like we should a
least be in the system. The numbers are correct on the readback so I know that
part of it is OK....

Last I knew, the I-751 were not on the automated system....at least in early part
of this year that is what I was told....so you won't find out where you are by
calling it.

Unlike for the I-129F etc. and even naturalization, the service centers do not
provide a automated system service for the status of the I-751. Ranjini
