I-751 New Twisted Nightmare !!
Hi again,
I posted a couple of post over this past day and forgott to mention
something that May have an important impact as far as the adjudication
of my I-751
I mentioned earlier that I entered this country on 12/25/01 and
apllied jontly with hubby to remove the condition a few days before
the deadline. I submitted my package on 12/22/03. A few days later (10
days later) I received a letter granting me an extension the Notice
date was 10/23/03 and MY ENTIRE PACKAGE I had submitted. They sent it
back to me because I had forgott to sign the check ! So I resumbitted
the same package with the signed check. All this happened in January
04. Now in feburary 04, I received anothet notice of action telling me
again that my card was extended BUT THIS TIME THE RECEPT DATE ON THE
NOTICE OF ACTION WAS 02/06/04 ! IMPLYING THAT I submitted my package
on 02/06/04 ( 2 months after the expiration date of card !!!) COULD IT
BE WHY I RECEIVED THIS INFAMOUS LETTER ON 08/27/04 TELLING ME My file
had been transfered to their LOCAL Soto office ???? SOOOO DOES THE
FACT THAT I TIMELY FILED ON 12/23/04 BE DISREGARDED BECAUSE OF THE
FACT THE CHECK I SUMBMITTED WAS NOT SIGNED ?????? IF SO I AM IN BIG
TROUBLE WHICH EXPLAINS THE SECONS NOTIC OF ACTION SHOWING A RECEIPT
DATE OF 02/6/02, WHICH IS WHEN I RESUBMITTED MY PACKAGE WITH THE
CORRECRT SIGNED CHECK BY THE WAY. OH GOD, PLEASE HELP , I AM WORRY
THAT THEY WOULD DENIED MY APLLICATION BECAUSE OF TECHNICALLITY, WORST
CASE WHAT IS LEFT FOR ME TO DO ????
