Question 1.
What happened to the VSC processing times for I-751?
June 03 and July 03 reports show processing times moving back to Dec 2001 cases?!?!? January 03 and Feb 03 reports showed processing time of 1/8/02
This is weird?! I went through several places on the web, and looked at the history, so now VSC went back to process I751 from Dec 01?! What happened here?
Question 2. VSC says procesing time will take 18 months to process. If for every 6 months the processing time moves 1 month how is that possible?
Anybody pleaaaasssse explain.

You have to read the posts religiously to understand this piece of bull being thrown us by the VSC.
Mr. Udall explains it that it would appear that the few employees of the VSC assigned to doing I-751's have been pulled from that petition and are being used to handle other petitions.
My furhter thoughts are: Remember the SC's had to deal with the then near to expiring TPS and apparently now have other petitions that warrant their services. After all those of us waiting for I-751's approvals already have green cards so it appears that our outlay of money for services doesn't count because we aren't hurting for a benefit which will adversely affect our lives if not done in a timely manner.
