I-751: Interview scheduled in Baltimore INS on Augist 15th
In the spirit of keeping everyone informed.
My wife and I submitted I-751 petition (including a wealth of evidence) to Texas
Service Center in August of 2001. We relocated to Maryland three months later. I
managed to reach TSC in February 2002 (yes, I finally spoke to a live person).
The INS officer told me that the file has been transferred to Atlanta INS for an
interview. My wife and I visited Baltimore INS office the very next day where
INS officer requested a file transfer (few keystrokes on the computer) and told
us to "wait".
Well ... the letter has arrived and we will be going to Baltimore INS on August 15th,
Did anyone recently have an interview (I-751 -- removal of conditions) at Baltimore
INS? Any experiences or suggestions?
We plan to be there with all kinds of evidence of our marriage.
Incidentally, my wife's N-400 application for naturalization is ready and will be
sent on August 18th.
