what are the chances of skipping the interview and geting the 10 year

It all depends on whether USCIS sees the need for an interview. If you have no issues or history of problems with immigration, chances are good you won't get called for an interview. USCIS does randomly pull cases for an interview, and you could be one of those...no way of knowing.
