I filed I-751 more than a year ago. I want to go to Newark INS office to get I-551
stamp again. I asked Vermont if any application filling is necessary for this. They
told me "No" and said just to take my Notice of Action (from INS in response to
I-751) and passport. Then I read somewhere that I need to take 2 photos and go on
Wednesday. Is that ture. I don't have an appointment to go on Sunday as it is
reserved for folks with appointments. I don't have photos either. I don't want to go
there in the cold and wait in line for no use.

Do I need more than Notice of action and passport to get I-551 stamp? Thanks.

You will have to provide two photos only when your application is approved and
conditions removed. They need the photos to issue you your 10 year unconditional
card. And you will be informed accordingly by the Service Center in your approval
letter. Hope this helps. Ranjini
