Hi all

when I mail the bank statement or the tax for I-751 , Do I need to mail the first page only which shows my name and my wife name or I need to mail all the pages of the same bank statements ? for example we receive 6 pages for our bank statement every month

is it allowed by INS to staple a group of pages together ?

Since the evidence is supposed to sdemonstrate comingling of funds, then I should think the first page would be sufficient, if it identifies both names, the period of the statement and the debit and credit transaction totals.

And, in case you do decide to send all the pages, it's OK to staple them together.

I'm not at that point in the process yet, but my thought would be to send information from the time you had your AOS interview until now.

How many months depends on the quality of other documentation. Usually, a random selection of months for the 2 years of conditional status would be a good idea, showing that comingling was and is continuing.

We sent in the latest months statements and only the first pages which showed both our names on them.

We sent only three first pages. The most current, one from the year before and one from the year before that and highlighted the fact that both our paychecks were direct deposited into the same account.
