I-751 filing alone (marriage not in good shape)
Hi guys! Just want some input on my current situation. My Conditional
GC will expire on June 30, 2006 and my wife and I are not in good terms
anymore. She wanted a divorce but still has not filed one and dont know
when she will. The problem is we havent filed I-751 yet and the 90 days
before the expiration is just around the corner. I dont think she will
sign the form I-751 anyway so im asking your help for this.

Can you initiate the divorce, instead of waiting for her to do it? In order to file the I-751 alone, I believe you need the divorce decree.
