We are in the same boat mine is the 21st Nov I do not have an affidavit but we were reconciled when I filed so he included a letter of support hopefully thats enough...No lease and no C/C and only wedding photos, but enough other junk to keep them reading from days.

I am not taking a lawyer thought about it but will see how it goes if it gets refused I will hire one to take to court with me.

After thought does the letter of affidavit from my ex have to be notarised!

So you go first...Let me know what happend.Where did you file?I am in NY.I am going today to see my lawyer.Do you gave any affifafit frim friends?How many should we have?Good luck!!!

I filed in Nebraska and file was transferred to Illinois then out here to CA where I moved too.
I have affidavits from 6 friends and family and one from my ex-hubby non notarized

There is no set amount to take with you and they may not even want to see them.....

You can be assured the I will post the outcome what ever it is
