I can get an affidafit from my ex..at least i belive i can..but what exactly he should say on the affidafit?When I file for I 751 I submit most of the information..joint bank account,joint credit card,lease,photo,bill and few other staff.I am scare avout this interview...I don't know what to expect.I am going with a lawyer.
I am not taking a lawyer thought about it but will see how it goes if it gets refused I will hire one to take to court with me.
After thought does the letter of affidavit from my ex have to be notarised!

So you go first...Let me know what happend.Where did you file?I am in NY.I am going today to see my lawyer.Do you gave any affifafit frim friends?How many should we have?Good luck!!!

I have affidavits from 6 friends and family and one from my ex-hubby non notarized
There is no set amount to take with you and they may not even want to see them.....
You can be assured the I will post the outcome what ever it is
