It would look a lot weirder if the husband put his address as CA, but his
tax return showed he worked in NY, Government employees tend to get real
excited when they see something like that.It makes them fee like Elliot
Ness. Just put everything correctly. You can explain the inconsistency's at
your hearing. But you can't correct something false after you get caught.

Can someone advise?
My friend, she is from Poland, is curious about this (she knows I read a lot of immigration topics):
If couple lives in two different states, but they would like to have the same address, because wife goes to school in CA and husband is looking for job according his profession in different state, NY. But eventually they are planning to live in CA, becasue wife is studying to be Registered Nurse and since eventually they are planning to live in CA, she would like to study here in order to pass her licensing exam in CA, and thats why she has to go to CA school (And schools in CA are cheaper anyway).
Husband is freshly graduated from computer school and has no experience in his field, so he is in different state looking for entry level job, so when he gains enough experience he will be able to find a job in CA (you know how it is in CA, big competition in computer field).
Anyway, here is the question:
Is that OK to file address change form AR-11 and other one for USC for the same address, for the one where wife lives in CA. Put both names on bills and etc, since they are in love with each other, but for now they need to be in different states (it ****s)?
It is kind of tricky situation, but what do you think? Wife is a conditional green card holder, husband is USC. And they will need to file I-751 soon.
If they put the same address and both names on bills, but since they dont live together right now, would that look weird?
thanks
