This should actually be moved to the US Marriage Based forum.

Whether it's enough or not, only USCIS knows for sure. Send what you have, and if it's not enough, you'll get an RFE.

The birth certificate of your son is probably the best evidence.

Include some to represent the whole 2-yr. time period, not just the recent statements. Photocopies of both your driver's licenses to show same address is good official documentation. I've seen that specifically requested in several RFEs, probably only because the other evidence was sparse.

Your list looks good, but I've seen people say they got an RFE when their list was three times as long. It's hard to judge from a list alone or know what's inside the mind of the adjudicator.

"Your mileage may vary" is the rubric. From your post, it is impossible to know if there is any adverse evidence against granting the application.

From when I was in practice, evidence of birth of the child seemed to be often the best evidence.

General principle -- the idea is to show that the marriage was bona fide in its inception.

I see from past posts that you moved to San Diego. From experience from when I was in practice, San Diego was downright weird and would cause immigration practitioners from other parts of the US to scratch their heads in wonderment.
