I-751 Biometric Appointment Rescheduling Question - HELP!
We wife (US citizen) and I submitted I-751 to remove conditions on my
greencard on May 14, 2007 to CA Service Center. By far, we have
received: (1) the notice of acceptance (extending my greencard for
another year) and (2) the notice for my biometric service appointment
(set for July 19, 2007 in San Marcos).
BUT, I am currently overseas and won't return to the States until the
August 20. My wife, who is currently in the US, is going to send the
notice back while checking the 're-schedule' box on the biometric
notice and writing on the notice to request the apointment to be
rescheduled until after August 20.
Will they listen to our request? Has anyone re-scheduled biometric
appointment before? Will it cause any problem? Any advice?
