I-751 Application - Please help

I've read the I-751 requirements for supplementary materials. I just
want to confirm something ...

I assume that they are interested in materials from between the last
time the couple were interviewed up until now? (i.e. in the last two
years?)

If any of you have tips or anything (I am submitting to the CSC),
please let me know.

Thanks
Rae

Yes, cover the period between getting the conditional permanent residency
approval and the removal of conditions. Here is a list of proof to supply.
Note that not all items are mandatory - we did not supply letters from
friends, for example.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------

The removal based on marriage should show proof of relationship. Thus, you
will need:

a.. Cover letter stating the contents of your package
b.. INS Form I-751 - signed by both
c.. INS Form I-551 - copy (Permanent Resident Card)
d.. I-797 - approval notice fromthe original I-129 petition
e.. Mortgage, utility bills, airline tickets, hotels bills, etc
f.. Birth certificate of your child (if any)
g.. Passport with the K-1 visa and I-551 stamp
h.. 3 years income tax returns
i.. Bank statements, bonds, 401K, car titles/insurance, credit cards
j.. Letters from friends that knows you
k.. Life insurance or any kind of benefits showing both your names
l.. any letters (junk mails) address to both of you at same address
Give them all the proofs that you can provide. Whatever documents you sent
the INS, always keep a copy for yourself. Then send your application to the
INS Service Center that covers your state "certified with return receipt".

I would provide proof of the validity of your marriage, covering the ENTIRE period of your marriage. At all times, you should assume that your adjudicator has no access to your previous files. All the proof he/she needs should be in the packet you provide. The same when you file for Naturalization. Hang on to every bit of evidence, even what you have already provided for AOS. You could check out our personal webpage for what we provided.

Good luck.
