I-751 - affidavits
I am preparing to submit my I-751 jointly with my USC husabnd.
My question relates to the affidavits. Is it acceptable for my stepdaughter to provide one of the affidavits? |
Re: I-751 - affidavits
Yes, it is acceptable. However, please note that the affidavits are not mandatory and peop usually use them if they have little physical evidence of the comingling of their lives together, socially and ecomonically.

Really - affidavits are not mandatory? I missed that.
We jointly own a home and have filed taxes together. Plus I can submit copies of joint car insurance and joint health insurance. Does that sound enough? |
