Hi Everyone - Happy New Year To You All

I seem to be reading conflicting info ref I-751 Affidavits, Do They Need To Be Notorised? Is This Something That I Can Prepare Myself? Is There A Mock Up Of One Somewhere that I can Just Enter The Correct Info?

Well you don't need affadavits unless something has changed since I filed mine!!

Affidavits Are Not Required. If You Want To Include Them, They Do Not Need To Be Notarized. There Is No Set Format For Them.

I guess it has changed - its asking for 2 affidavits from people who have known us since my conditional residence was granted.

if you read more carefully, you will see they are optional, not required.

Affidavits alone are not an insurance to an approval. Its your comprehensive evidence that is taken into consideration.

There are approvals with/out them, then there are dis-approvals with/out them.

Literally, if the I751 instructions strictly state the need of affidavits, then address them now, or you may get an RFE from them subsequently.
