Default I-751

Hi [email protected] , thanks for your post. How long have you waited for
approval?
Question regarding the I-751 form:
Part3. No 9. Have you resided at any other address since you become a
permant resident?
We have travelled overseas for summer and winter vacation. Each vacation
lasted two weeks only. Should we answer this question as Yes? Or conditional
permant resident is not relevant to the question?
Also, if we want to file in person, is it not allowed?
Great thanks for your help.

No, you should answer "No" -- UNLESS you have moved since obtaining your conditional green card. Vacations don't count.

Or conditional permant resident is not relevant to the question?
The questions in Part 3 are directed at the conditional permanent resident, so that entire section is relevant. The answer to question 9 is "no" assuming you have only lived in one residence since obtaining your conditional green card.

Also, if we want to file in person, is it not allowed?
It's not allowed. You must file through the Service Center that has jurisdiction over your state as listed on page two of the I-751 instructions.
