Count me as one of the not-so-lucky as Rene & hubby.. Submitted March 30,
2007 to CSC, check cashed April 4, not a word since.

InfoPass appointment set for July 2, 2007.

Check cashed May 1.
Received NOA May 5 (exteded green card 1 year).
Received Biometrics apptmnt letter.
Bio's done May 31.
Haven't heard anything else.

May 23rd - Received 1 yr extension letter
May 24th - Received biometrics letter
June 5th - Biometrics done.

This is an I-751 filed under a divorce waiver. Its not been filed jointly.

Mine is out of range. I submitted I-751 in April 2006 and still waiting in
2007. Just came back from the TSC and nothing new. They told me just wait and
didn't said they would process my card order. I have also submitted N-400
this week since the fee is almost double by the end of July.

Joint Federal tax returns IRS transcripts (2004, 2005, 2006)

Copy of 401K account (with spouse as 100% benificiery)
Copy of couple of checks (e.g. IRS tax check for the money I owed) from our joint checking account.
Copy of pay slips, W-2 forms (for each of us) sent at our joint address.
Copy of Joint auto insurance (2004-2007)
Copy of joint dental insurance card
Copy of joint medical insurance card
Copy of current AZ driver license with same home address
Copy of various dental/medical bills sent to our joint address
Copy Joint utility bills (electricity/internet)
Copy of various records from my employer, mentioning that we are married.
Joint photos (our pics with my parents, with her parents, our pics at various places) total 7. I stapled them on bank piece of paper and mentioned time when pics were taken.
2 affidavids from friends
Copy of air travel tickets for the trips that we took together.
Copy of few other letters that were sent to our address with our names on them.

My CPR card expires on 09/28 and I mailed the package on 06/29 (so that it could reach at CSC on 07/02). As per USPS tracking, package was delievered on 07/02 afternoon.
