I have a quick question about the process of Adjustment of status (Employment based). I went to the USCIS web site and found the following info about processing dates for I-485:
1) Nebraska District office is processing applications received on Feb 2002
2) Seattle Office (Where I live and work) is processing applications received on March 2004.
My question is, what is the process of getting my I-485 approved? Does it have to be approved by Nebraska District office first and then Seattle office? Or just the Seattle office? Please clarify this for me
