Happy Easter Everyone (Russian Orthodox)
Considering I have sufficent income 75+, is it prudent (or advised) to report
savings, retirement, home, etc....on the I-134? Also, since my fiancee's son is
listed on her form do I still need to send a separate I-134 for him? Seems like I do.
FYI Feb 2, 2002 I 129f sent to NSC April 1, 2002 NOA May 1, 2002 Waiting for notice
to arrive Moscow!!!! (weekly calls)
Thanks in advance

It is not necessary to list assets if your income is sufficient. And yes, you will
need two I-134s. You can complete one, make a copy and have them both notarized. Take

Moscow does not use the I-134 form, they only use the supporting documents. You do
not have to complete the actual form. This has been confirmed with the experience of
others, by the way. http://usembassy.state.gov/posts/rs1/wwwhci4.html
